ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Aloha Prospective Parents!

We accept applications throughout the year beginning December before the next school year, and we consider applications based on the date of receipt.  We will accept applications until the class is full.  This follows the schedule established by the Hawaii Association of Independent Schools.

We prefer you apply online at Our Online Portal, but if you have some problems doing so, you may follow these steps:

  2. Current school’s Teacher Reference Form for Kindergarten and Grade 1.

  3. Form 14 Health Form

Overview

  • Tuition and fees may be paid via credit card (4% service fee applies)

  • Payments are managed through VANCO Online Payment System (financial aid + payment system)

  • Late fee: $40 after 10 days overdue

  • Returned check fee: $25

Discounts

  • Church members: 10% off tuition

  • Military families: 10% off tuition

  • Additional children: 10% sibling discount

FINANCIAL AID

Regretfully, we cannot offer financial aid at this time due to previous sources having been depleted. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to build up those sources again.

Preschool Assistance: There is minimal financial assistance from Our Savior for preschool. However, there are other programs that provide tuition aid. (See: Information on PATCH Scholarships).
